San Antonio has been named one of the “most economically segregated cities” in the United States, despite being the seventh biggest city. Historic redlining policies left areas, such as Culebra Park, neglected during San Antonio’s urban development. During field work, this neglect became more evident, having impacted the housing quality of Culebra Park community
