Submissions

Thank you for considering the St. Mary's Law Journal for publication of your article. We are currently accepting submissions for Volume 51 (to be published in early 2020). If you are interested in submitting your article for consideration in Volume 51, please email a draft of your article or an abstract for consideration, and the most recent copy of your CV to dmartinez103@mail.stmarytx.edu. Please see the guidelines below for further instructions.

The St. Mary's Law Journal welcomes the submission of unsolicited manuscripts. Submissions must be typed and doubled-spaced with footnotes at the end of the article. All citations must conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (20th ed. 2015). Manuscripts should be addressed to the Solicitations Editor. We regret that manuscripts cannot be returned except upon receipt of postage and handling fees of $2.00 for third class or $3.00 for first class. If you require an expedited review of your article, please specify in your original submission.
