Volume 6, Issue 15 of The Rattler reports on end-of-year activities and student events at St. Mary’s College. Members of the Rattler Club and the graduating college class hosted a banquet on May 14 for graduating students from St. Mary’s Academy, Brackenridge High School, and the San Antonio Military Academy. The issue also highlights an elocution contest held in the auditorium and notes the May 28 Alumni Association meeting, during which forty graduates from the preparatory departments were initiated into the organization. Social activities included a gathering hosted by Jack Kuntz and his family for the graduating class of the High School Department. Additional coverage mentions several outings organized by the Parliamentary Club, mixed results for the baseball team during the month, and optimism for the coming football season under head coach Thomas F. O’Donnell.
