Submissions

Thank you for considering the St. Mary's Journal on Legal Malpractice & Ethics for publication of your article. We are currently accepting submissions for Volume 14 (to be published in 2024). If you are interested in submitting your article for consideration in Volume 14, please email a draft of your article or an abstract for consideration and the most recent copy of your CV to aboggs@mail.stmarytx.edu or mrockwell@mail.stmarytx.edu. Please see the guidelines below for further instructions.

The St. Mary's Journal on Legal Malpractice & Ethics welcomes the submission of unsolicited manuscripts. Submissions must be typed and doubled-spaced with footnotes at the end of the article. All citations must conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (20th ed. 2015). If you require an expedited review of your article, please specify in your original submission.

Alternately, you may mail your manuscript to St. Mary's Journal on Legal Malpractice & Ethics, ATTN: Solicitations Editor, One Camino Santa Maria, Law Library #223C, San Antonio, TX 78228. We regret that mailed manuscripts cannot be returned except upon receipt of postage and handling fees of $2.00 for third class or $3.00 for first class.
