Description
Volume 3, Issue 2 of The Rattler includes an editorial arguing why Texas should adopt the referendum. The issue also reports the passing of the son of a beloved faculty member and announces the annual retreat for the current scholastic year. Updates are given on athletics, noting that the senior football team has played its first three games but remains relatively light and inexperienced, while the junior squad is showing strong promise. The Senior Sodality will hold its regular meetings every Tuesday at 7:15 p.m., and the Junior Sodality of the Immaculate Conception has been fully organized. The issue also mentions the upcoming Disarmament Conference in Washington, reports several changes in the faculty, and recognizes students who have received class honors.
