Description

Volume 4, Issue 5 of The Rattler includes an article discussing the role of municipal government. It reports that Rev. Ernest Sorret, S.M., had been elected Superior General of the Society of Mary. The issue also reviews the first film releases of the new year. With football season over, basketball becomes the main focus of college athletics, as a team composed of several veterans and many rookies is formed under the coaching of Bro. Peter. Updates are provided on the performances of the Division II and III teams. The issue also notes that exams were held in mid-January and that Lincoln and Washington were honored during the month, concluding with a listing of class honors.
