She draws on her experience as an economist, author, and leader in investing and highlights structural barriers in early-stage financing. She also explores strategies for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within entrepreneurship and investment communities.

Speakers Michael Naughton, Andreas Widmer, and Brian Engelland explore this topic, and invites the audience to engage in this balancing act of faith and work.
